This week on Monday night the Bucs are at Raymond James to take on the 0-3 Indianapolis Colts. This is a scary game for Tampa in my book. The Colts are sturggling mightily without star QB Peyton Manning, but this is a team with a lot of pride, who is used to winning a lot of games. I can’t see them going much longer without a win. As well as Josh Freeman has played, he still has room for improvement. If he makes a few mistakes Monday, it may cost the team. The Colts still have great passrushers, and they may cause Freeman to make the key blunders.
The Colts have Curtis Painter starting at QB for the 1st time. Many will say this is a bad thing, but I think it could help their playcalling. If they stay very conservitive it will keep the game close. The Bucs will need to hit him as much as possible. If they do I think it could save them from what I see as a letdown game after a big win over Atlanta to tie for 1st place. Unfortunatly, I don’t think they will be able to get to him. I see a 21-20 loss as the Bucs will have to go back to the drawing board.
